However, we cannot guarantee that the exact colour, finish, or fabric texture the user sees will match the physical product due to variations in screen settings, photographic lighting, and digital displays.

2.2 Product Availability: All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. While we make every effort to maintain accurate stock counts, we reserve the right to cancel or modify any order if a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed.

2.3 Product Quality: All products sold under the Jaipur Saaj brand are Made in India and undergo 5-step strict quality checks before dispatch.

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1 Pricing: All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other applicable taxes, unless otherwise mentioned.

3.2 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of placing an order will be the final price charged for that transaction.

3.3 Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Digital Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable.

3.4 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy:

• To prevent fraudulent orders, all Cash on Delivery orders require a non-refundable partial advance payment, which must be made at the time of placing the order.
• This advance payment will be deducted from the total amount payable upon delivery.
• In the event the customer refuses to accept the COD order at the time of delivery, this partial advance payment will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

3.5 Payment Security: All online payment transactions are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. Marwad Fabrics does not store your financial details.

4. Orders and Shipping

4.1 Order Acceptance: An order is deemed accepted only upon successful payment confirmation (including the non-refundable partial payment for COD orders). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed on the Website.

4.2 Shipping Policy:

• Orders are typically delivered within 4–8 working days from the date of dispatch.
• Shipping is facilitated via both air and surface transport, determined by the order type and delivery location.
• The provision of a complete, accurate shipping address, a valid 10-digit mobile number, and the correct postal PIN code is mandatory to ensure timely delivery.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

5.1 Policy Reference: All requests for returns or exchanges are governed exclusively by our dedicated Return and Exchange Policy. By placing an order, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in that policy.

5.2 Eligibility: To be eligible for return, products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags and the original invoice intact.
