Return & Exchange Policy
At Jaipur Saaj, a brand of Marwad Fabrics, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our ethnic wear. We ensure that every saree and product is thoroughly quality-checked and securely packed before shipping.
However, in the rare event that you receive a physically damaged or defective product, we are happy to help you with a return or exchange under the specific conditions outlined below.
1. Our Standard Policy
Return or exchange is only allowed if the product is physically damaged or defective at the time of delivery. We do not accept returns for change of mind, dislike of color, or fabric texture due to screen variations.
2. Mandatory Eligibility Criteria (The Unboxing Video Rule)
To be eligible for any return or exchange, you MUST adhere to the following strict requirement:
Complete Unboxing Video is MANDATORY
- You must provide a complete, unedited, and continuous unboxing video from the moment the package is sealed and unopened, clearly showing the label and the full unboxing process until the damage is clearly visible.
- The video must be shared with us within 3 Days of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
- NOTE: Without a complete unboxing video, no return or exchange request will be accepted—no exceptions.
3. Product Return Conditions
If damage/defect is verified via the unboxing video, the product must meet these conditions to be accepted for return:
- The product must be unused and unwashed.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- It must be accompanied by the original invoice.
4. Exchanges
If the received item is damaged or incorrect and the proper unboxing video proof is provided and verified:
- We will offer an exchange for the same item or a similar item of equal value, subject to product availability.
- An exchange request must also be initiated within 3 Days of delivery.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items/situations are strictly not eligible for any return or exchange:
- No unboxing video provided.
- Dislike based on colour or fabric, which can vary slightly due to screen resolution and lighting.
- Items purchased during any discounts or sales promotions.
- Any products that have been customized or altered as per customer request.
- Requests reported after the 3-Day deadline from the date of delivery.
6. Return Pickup and Courier
If your return is approved:
- We will guide you through the process for return pickup or shipping.
- In case courier pickup is unavailable at your location, the customer may be asked to courier the product back to us.
- Return shipping charges may apply if the issue is not determined to be a manufacturing defect or error on our side.
7. Refunds
Once the returned product is received by us and verified to meet all eligibility and product conditions:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, as preferred.
- The refund process typically takes 5–7 business days to complete.
