What is the typical delivery timeline?

In-stock products are dispatched within 24–48 hours, with delivery expected in 7–10 business days. Out-of-stock/On-Demand products require 4–5 business days for dispatch, with delivery typically taking 8–12 working days from the date of dispatch.

Do you deliver all over India?

Yes. We offer express delivery to over 15,000 pincodes across all major locations in India. Please ensure you provide a complete physical address and the correct PIN code at checkout to avoid delays.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/email with your tracking number and courier partner details, allowing you to track your order in real-time.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD. However, to prevent fraudulent orders, all COD transactions require a non-refundable partial advance payment at the time of order placement. This amount is adjusted in your final bill.

What happens if I refuse a COD order?

If a customer refuses to accept a COD order at the time of delivery, the non-refundable partial advance payment will be forfeited.

Returns are strictly allowed only if the product is physically damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

What is the mandatory requirement for all returns/exchanges?

You MUST provide a complete unboxing video that starts from the moment the package is opened, clearly showing the damage. Without this unboxing video, no return or exchange request will be accepted—no exceptions.

What is the time limit for reporting damage?

You must share the complete unboxing video proof with us via WhatsApp or email within 3 Days of delivery.

Are there any items not eligible for return?

Yes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items based on color or fabric dislike (due to screen variations), items purchased during discounts or sales, or customized/altered products.

How long does the refund process take?

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
